Microencapsulation is a process in which the active ingredients (vitamins, minerals, amino acids and herbal and mushroom extracts) are "encased" in a uniform shell. The shell is made of gum arabic and alginates (seaweed). Microencapsulation protects the active - and often sensitive - ingredients from environmental effects, such as heat, air (oxidation), acidity (stomach acids), etc. Our microencapsulated products release the active ingredients in the small intestine, where they are optimally absorbed. This is why our products are in powder form and can be added to all foods and drinks (both cold and hot).
