Focus Blend should be enjoyed 10-15 minutes before a demanding work or study day, or when you want to get "extra focus" into your day.

The product can be used daily to support the mind and brain, while securing the intake of essential B vitamins, or if necessary, when you want to support brain work.

Focus Blend should be mixed with, for example, coffee, tea or cocoa. You can also mix the powder with food, but food often makes you tired, so it is usually not recommended to eat it right before tasks that require intense focus.

The product starts to work within 10-20 minutes of consuming it. The effect is quite mild and you often notice it only afterwards, when the tasks have been done as a result of strong concentration.

The product has a slightly "herbal" taste, although the microencapsulation covers most of it. However, food, juice, coffee, tea, etc. cover the taste almost completely, making consuming the product quite effortless.

1 dose is often enough, but 2 doses or 1/2 dose may be better for you. We are all different, so test for yourself what suits you.

We do not recommend using the product during pregnancy, as some of the ingredients can cause miscarriage.

Microencapsulation is a process in which the active ingredients (vitamins, minerals, amino acids and herbal and mushroom extracts) are "encased" in a uniform shell. The shell is made of gum arabic and alginates (seaweed). Microencapsulation protects the active - and often sensitive - ingredients from environmental effects, such as heat, air (oxidation), acidity (stomach acids), etc. Our microencapsulated products release the active ingredients in the small intestine, where they are optimally absorbed. This is why our products are in powder form and can be added to all foods and drinks (both cold and hot).

Yes you can. One dose of Focus Blend contains a small amount of caffeine (1/10 of a cup of coffee). A 50 kg child can be given one whole dose. With the lighter ones, the dosage should be proportional to the weight.

For example, for a 25kg child, about 1/2 of a dose and for a 40kg child, about 4/5 of a dose.
